The day was cold and grey and windy, but the atmosphere inside the Stadium, as all the vendors arrived to get set up, was invigorating! We had a fantastic location in sight of the entrance, which meant we could spot familiar faces as they came in to say 'Hi'! A huge thanks to those that came to support us. It was just awesome to see you there!
In spite of my nerves and trepidations, most of the plants did me proud and looked fabulous on the table. I was pleased to see so much interest in some of my more favoured plants, as I will admit to appreciating some of the plants more than others, but they all received a bit of attention from the customers at some point throughout the day.
We were disappointed that due to some slight technical difficulties our herb crates were not presentable in time, but we do hope to get them to market as soon as possible. I would like to have a better range of herbs to accompany them, as the weather has put great stress on our current crop. Keep checking in with us! Also - if there is a particular herb you enjoy using, please leave a comment after this blog as I am very interested in which herbs are most useful!
As I sit here typing this the sun has come up and the sky appears to be mostly blue for the first time in days, so I am off outside to sow some more seed and take some more cuttings so we can continue to bring you more varieties of interesting plants each week. So until then...
Happy gardening and may you too, live your Goodlife!
